Customer Service Centre

Our Customer Service Centre offers you a range of services and information. Our staff are trained to help you with all enquiries and requests relating to Council services, and we are committed to providing you with excellent service.

Enquiries range from those relating to lodgement of Development Applications and associated works, to requests for environmental control, to information on rates and requests for waste collection.

The Customer Service Centre is located on the 1st Floor of Lamerton House at Lamerton Crescent, Shellharbour City Centre, directly behind Stockland Shellharbour.

Hours of Operation – 8.30 am to 4.30 pm – Monday to Friday – 02 4221 6111.
